Arlene Balzano is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at LGS Innovations since June 2017, Arlene provides monthly project accounting and financial analysis for multiple business units, while also enhancing tools and processes for project accounting accuracy. Previously held the role of Specialist - Accounting Systems at Lincoln Financial Group from December 2013 to June 2017, and as Accounting Manager at Banner Pharmacaps from March 2006 to July 2013, where responsibilities included supervising and training accounting staff and ensuring general ledger accuracy for US and Canadian operations. Earlier career roles include Accounting Supervisor at International Textile Group - Cone Denim Division, focusing on asset securitization, and Program Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, leading a project management team for Federal Government clients. Arlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UNCG and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Quinsigamond Community College.
