Neelima Karath

Neelima Karath is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Manager at LGT Venture Philanthropy, where the focus is on leading the JEDI team to enhance justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion practices among partner non-profits while fulfilling grant-making responsibilities. Prior to this role, Neelima was the Lead for Disability at the Azim Premji Foundation, overseeing a team dedicated to expanding partnerships within the disability ecosystem and developing long-term strategies for supporting Persons with Disabilities and mental health issues.
