Neelima Karath is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Manager at LGT Venture Philanthropy, where the focus is on leading the JEDI team to enhance justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion practices among partner non-profits while fulfilling grant-making responsibilities. Prior to this role, Neelima was the Lead for Disability at the Azim Premji Foundation, overseeing a team dedicated to expanding partnerships within the disability ecosystem and developing long-term strategies for supporting Persons with Disabilities and mental health issues. Neelima's career includes an Associate position at Goldman Sachs, where the emphasis was on governance and diversity in investment management, as well as military service as a Major in the Indian Army, where key leadership roles were held in technical training and operational settings. Neelima holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
