Oliver Karius is a Partner and CEO at LGT Venture Philanthropy Foundation, an independent charitable foundation striving to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged people and contribute to healthy ecosystems. He also holds board member positions at various organizations such as ahueni, WaterFunds, SummaFoundation, and Basecamp Explorer AS. Oliver is a member of the African Leadership Network and a Young Global Leader at the BMW Young European Leaders Forum. Additionally, he was a founding trustee at GivenGain Foundation and has a background in Environment/Policy and Anthropology from Imperial College London and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, respectively.
