Jay Carpenter

Jay Carpenter, CAIA, currently serves as an Investment Manager at LGT Wealth Management since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Senior Client Portfolio Manager at abrdn from November 2022 to September 2023. Jay's career includes significant experience at GAM, where roles included Client Portfolio Manager and Product Marketing Manager from July 2014 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Investor Relations Manager at Newsmith Asset Management LLP from March 2011 to July 2014 and as Investor Relations Executive at Gartmore from February 2008 to March 2011. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, completed in 2007, and attended Trinity School of John Whitgift from 1996 to 2003.
