Krish Naidoo

Krish Naidoo is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and electrical engineering sectors, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Executive of the Manufacturing Division at L H Marthinusen since August 2013, Krish manages six departments, including Wire Drawing and Insulation Manufacturing. Starting at L H Marthinusen as a contractor in 2001, Krish later became an assistant manager in the Small Motors Division. Prior experience includes working as a Generator Winder at Rotek Engineering, where repairs and rewinds of generators at various power stations were conducted. Krish began the career at ABB Alrode in 1984, completing an apprenticeship and becoming a qualified Armature Winder in 1986, with responsibilities in winding, testing, and production planning. Educationally, Krish holds an NTC 6 in Electro Techniques and Electrical from Merebank High School.
