Susan Nighbert

Susan Nighbert is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and managed care. Since May 2014, Susan has served as a Care Transition Coordinator and Certified Managed Care Nurse at LHC Group. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Kentucky Spirit Health Plan from September 2011 to August 2013 as a Case Manager and Concurrent Review Nurse.
