MOHD FAIZAL NIZAM BIN MOHD FUAD is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and civil litigation. Currently serving as a Revenue Counsel for LEMBAGA HASIL DALAM NEGERI since April 2016, MOHD FAIZAL represents the Government of Malaysia in cases against tax defaulters and focuses on tax recovery through thorough legal research and policy development. With prior roles as a lawyer in various firms and a law tutor, MOHD FAIZAL has demonstrated expertise in banking, commercial disputes, and legal education. MOHD FAIZAL holds multiple degrees from Universiti Teknologi MARA, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Syariah Laws and Practices and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
