Anne Lapointe

Anne Lapointe is a consultant specializing in career solutions at LHH since October 2023. Previously, Anne served as the Director of Learning and Development at Saputo Inc. from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included managing the global performance management process for over 6,000 corporate employees. In 2018-2019, Anne held the position of Director of Training and Education at Aurora Cannabis Inc., overseeing the development of education programs for cannabis legalization in Canada. From 2016 to 2018, Anne worked as a Strategic Consultant at LeapQ, facilitating training programs for 800 executives across Europe and South Asia. Prior experience includes serving as the Group People Development Manager at Zain from 2014 to 2016, where initiatives were developed for over 7,000 employees across eight countries. Anne's career began as Vice President of Learning & Development at Dubai Airports in 2009-2010. Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation from Université de Moncton.
