Aurélie Feld

Aurélie Feld is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in various organizations. Most recently, Aurélie served as Country President for LHH in France and Luxembourg from September 2020 to June 2023, previously holding the position of Country President for LHH France. Prior to LHH, Aurélie worked as a Senior Client Advisor at McKinsey & Company from January 2020 to September 2020 and as President & CEO at docendi from July 2019 to January 2020. Additionally, Aurélie was the President of CSP - THE ART OF TRAINING from January 2015 to January 2020 and served as Directrice Déléguée and member of the Comité Exécutif at Lefebvre Sarrut from January 2013 to December 2014. Aurélie holds an M-MBA in Business Administration from McKinsey & Co and an LLM in Law from Cornell Law School.
