Chad Ramocan

Chad Ramocan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching technology solutions and client relations management. Currently serving as the Global Coaching Technology Solutions Product Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison since November 2007, Chad oversees the Global Coaching Management Platform, ensuring it integrates best practices and compliance standards. Previously, Chad held various roles within LHH, including Client Relations Manager and Project Coordinator, focusing on talent mobility, change management, and program execution. Earlier career experiences include positions as Executive Administrator at Oce Business Services and Courier at Delivery Express International. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Detroit Mercy and Coppin State University.
