David Pearson

Previously, David held the position of Director of Operations for Australia and New Zealand at the same company, where responsibilities included leading delivery teams and implementing best practices for career coaching programs. Prior roles at IAG and CGU Insurance involved managing customer service teams, operational support functions, and underwriting services, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. David holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Marketing from Teesside University and has completed 'A' Levels in English Language, Business, and Sociology at South Park Sixth Form College.
