Gina Potito

Gina Potito is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career transition services and talent development. Currently serving as SVP Global Delivery Enablement at Lee Hecht Harrison since October 2005, Gina Potito has held multiple leadership roles including SVP Global Delivery Operations and SVP Global Career Transition Practice, where significant transformations in service delivery methodologies were implemented. Prior roles include leadership positions such as SVP Talent Development and Redeployment, Managing Director of the South District, and Lead Managing Consultant, focusing on enhancing delivery quality and outplacement services. Prior to LHH, Gina Potito was President of Performance Training Group, Inc., partnering with major corporations like JPMorgan Chase and Pfizer, and served as a consultant at JPMorgan Chase as well as CareerTrack/Pryor Resources.
