Currently serving as the Global Alumni Leader at LHH and the Founder & Coach of GRT Coaching, Graziella specializes in empowering leaders by enhancing their self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Previous roles include Director of Alumni Relations at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Senior Manager at White & Case LLP, where Graziella developed comprehensive alumni strategies and programs. Early career experiences include positions with prestigious firms such as Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and the United Nations Development Programme, showcasing a strong background in communications and project management.
