Izabella Khazagerova

Izabella Khazagerova currently serves as SVP, Global Head of Product and Innovation, Career Transition and Mobility at LHH, a position held since October 2018. In addition to this role, Izabella has held several other senior leadership positions at LHH, including SVP, Global Head of Talent Mobility and Future of Work Solutions, SVP EMEA Global Solutions Team Leader, and SVP Global Solutions Lead, Talent Development. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Management Practice Lead at Baringa Partners from September 2015 to September 2018, and various roles at Gallup from 2011 to September 2015, including Associate Principal and Senior Manager. Earlier career positions include leadership roles at Raiffeisen Bank Russia, Zepter International, and MB Office Equipment. Izabella holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Chartered Member designation from CIPD, and an MA in Pedagogy and Linguistics from Rostov State University, graduating Summa cum Laude.
