James Finnerty

James Finnerty is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and customer success within the talent solutions industry. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer and Global Head of Sales and Customer Success at LHH since December 2014, James is responsible for sales management and project services across the Americas, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Previous roles include Vice President and Global Key Account Lead at ManpowerGroup, and Vice President of Business Development at Right Management. James has also held positions at ESI International, IMPAX Corporation, Interactive Alchemy, The Wall Street Journal/Dow Jones, AOL, and Merrill Lynch. Educational credentials include participation in the Mindful Leadership Program at IMD and the MBA Highlights Program at INSEAD.
