Jc Heinen

JC Heinen is an accomplished executive coach and organizational development specialist with extensive experience in advising C-suite executives and facilitating leadership development. Currently serving as an ICEO Advisor at Lee Hecht Harrison since July 2000, JC provides coaching for executives in transition and offers tailored strategies for organizational leadership. JC also holds executive coach positions at TMI Partnerships, Faith Positive, and has a founding role in JESSIES HEART FOUNDATION, supporting families with children diagnosed with congenital heart disease. Additionally, JC has contributed to the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum and has held significant roles in past organizations, including VP positions at J.D. Edwards and Spectrum Human Resource Systems. Academic qualifications include graduate work in Organizational Development and Organizational Psychology from the University of Denver and Capella University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University.
