Jc Townend

JC Townend is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO for LHH in the UK and Ireland since March 2018, overseeing consulting and projects for over 1,000 corporate clients. Additionally, JC is the President of the Adecco Group for the same region, managing a portfolio of brands with a combined revenue exceeding £1.5 billion. JC's prior roles include Managing Director at WYG Group, where leadership was provided to over 1,000 professionals across multiple regions, and Group Lead and Executive Vice President of ICF's Europe & Asia division, significantly contributing to ICF's growth. With a Master’s degree in Economics from Brown University and extensive leadership experience in management consulting, JC has demonstrated a strong capability in workforce transformation, leadership development, and strategic growth.
