Joel Cornette

Joel Cornette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. As Vice President of The Joel Cornette Foundation since January 2018, Joel leads efforts to support athletes through education, scholarships, wellness, and community initiatives. Previously, Joel has served as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison since May 2005, providing organizational consulting to C-suite professionals. Joel's earlier roles include working as a Consultant at Baldwin Gilman LLC, where a focus was on the Financial Services and Not-for-Profit sectors, and holding various managerial positions at the Federal Reserve Bank, where responsibilities included compliance oversight of multi-million dollar financial institutions. Joel also contributed to Wells Fargo's human resources department in the early '80s and had a foundational career at PNC, specializing in training and development. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from Ohio University.
