Julie Harrison

Julie Harrison, SPHR, PCC is a seasoned Human Resources consultant and coach with extensive experience in leadership development and employee engagement. Since July 2019, Julie has operated Julie Harrison Consulting LLC, providing executive coaching and strategic planning services. Additionally, in partnership with Ezra Coaching, Julie coaches clients globally, utilizing innovative technology to enhance their coaching experience. Prior to these roles, Julie held various senior HR positions at Comcast Cable from 2001 to 2019, including Division Vice President of Human Resources and Regional Vice President of Human Resources, where a focus on employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness contributed significantly to the company's success. Julie began a career in the United States Army as a Captain in Military Intelligence, achieving a Top Secret security clearance. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Oakland University.
