Kirsten Selzler

Kirsten Selzler is an experienced executive recruiter and sales executive, currently working at LHH since July 2021, where responsibilities encompass business development, account management, and recruitment. Previous experience includes serving as an account manager at ASSURANCE IQ, where Kirsten managed up to 50 customer accounts daily and improved processes through CRM utilization. Prior roles also include operations assistant at Premera Blue Cross, supporting large teams and producing critical data reports, and participating in a management trainee program at Enterprise, recognized as a top sales performer. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Central Washington University and has been a member of the Lambda Pi Eta National Honors Society for Communications.
