Lauren Engel

Lauren Engel is a Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH, responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for marketing and creative professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since February 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at Encore from July 2022 to February 2024, where event management and client relations were key focus areas. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Student Caller at Baylor University, effectively communicating with prospective students about the admission process, and completed a summer internship at Engel & Gray, Inc. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Baylor University, awarded in May 2022.
