Paul Skovron is a seasoned Managing Director and Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at 3In Consulting, with extensive experience in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives across various organizational levels. Additionally, Paul serves as an Associate Career Transition Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, supporting career transitions for individuals and companies through coaching and workshops. In volunteer roles, Paul is the Vice Chair of LEAP Sports Scotland and a Chairperson at Partners for Inclusion Group, demonstrating a commitment to fostering inclusive environments. Previously, Paul enjoyed a long career at Clydesdale Bank, where notable contributions included leading the Diversity and Inclusion efforts and managing project teams to deliver complex IT solutions. Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde.
