Pelin Yeşilova

Pelin Yeşilova is currently serving as the Data and Reporting Manager at LHH since July 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in capacity planning and workforce management from previous roles at Zalando and Kavak.com. At Zalando, Pelin held the positions of Capacity Planning Manager and Capacity Planning Junior Manager from June 2022 to July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Workforce Management Jr Analyst at Kavak.com, Workforce and Project Management at Roche, and a Quality & Process Excellence Intern at Sanofi. Pelin also completed internships in Environmental Management Systems at PharmaVision and in production at ÇİMSA. Pelin holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University and continues to enhance expertise through ongoing education at the Digital Advice Lab since 2019.
