Rebecca Helgeson

Rebecca Helgeson has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as Head of Customer Success and Vice President of Global Project Management at LHH since 2018. In this role, Rebecca is responsible for overseeing North American customer initiatives and global projects. Additionally, Rebecca holds a position as a Member at Chief since February 2023. Prior to LHH, Rebecca was the Executive Director of Academic Accreditation and Compliance at Laureate International Universities from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included monitoring regional accreditation activities and developing academic compliance processes across multiple regions. Rebecca's educational background includes a Master of Education in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, along with a Mini-Master Certificate in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas.
