Sarah Ayala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH, formerly Parker + Lynch, Sarah manages the full recruiting process and builds strong relationships with executive leaders across various industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Sarah is a partner and Operations Eggspert at Wake 'n Bacon, a highly-rated brunch restaurant known for its unique culinary offerings. Previous roles include Director of Events for Skilled Recruiters Network of Chicago and Owner of Dragonfly Mandarin Restaurant & Lounge, recognized as the top Chinese restaurant in Chicago. Sarah has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the UIC Center for Urban Business and gained substantial recruiting experience across multiple firms. Holding a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Chicago, Sarah is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
