Sarah Jorgensen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, career management, and counselling. Currently serving as the Returning Officer Liaison Officer at the Western Australian Electoral Commission since August 2024, Sarah also operates Sarah Ocean Consulting as a Principal Counsellor and Executive Coach since April 2019, delivering tailored coaching and facilitation solutions to corporate and private clients. As a Senior Associate Executive Coach at Prima Careers, Sarah specializes in career management coaching, while also holding a long-standing position as an Associate Executive Coach and Career Counsellor at Lee Hecht Harrison Australia/New Zealand. Sarah's electoral experience includes multiple roles as Returning Officer for the Shire of Mundaring, overseeing key local government elections from 2020 to 2023.
