Jennifer Brown is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the UK & European People Lead and HR Business Partner for LHi Group since February 2016. Brown's career includes roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, HR Generalist for UK and EU offices, and previously as a Recruitment Consultant in the geoscience sector. With a BSc in Geology from Royal Holloway, University of London, and currently studying towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification, Brown has also traveled extensively during a sabbatical in 2015. Additional experience includes being a member of the Technical Women in Oil and Gas Professional Networking Group, enhancing industry connections and expertise.
