Mel Hurril

Mel Hurril has over 5 years of experience in contracts and compliance roles. They started their career as a Legal Assistant at South England Solicitors in September 2011. In August 2013, they worked as a Legal Intern at Burke Niazi Ltd before joining Student Life Mentoring as a Residential Mentor in September 2014. In January 2016, they became a Compliance & Contracts Officer at LHi Group, where they eventually progressed to Senior Compliance Officer in April 2017. In February 2019, they were promoted to Manager - Contracts & Compliance and most recently, in March 2021, they took on the role of Head of Contracts & Compliance at LHi Group.

Mel Hurril attended Parmiter's School from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained 11 GCSE's, 3 A levels, and 1 AS Level. Following this, Mel Hurril enrolled at the University of Surrey in 2011 and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
