Pranav Surya currently serves as the Head of Acquisition at Lhoopa, focusing on affordable housing solutions since July 2025. Prior to this role, Pranav held significant positions at Ninja Van from August 2021 to June 2025, leading Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Strategic Planning. Earlier experience includes roles at OYO as Strategy Planning Lead and Revenue Head for the Philippines and Vietnam, and various revenue-focused positions at RedDoorz and Treebo Hotels. Pranav began a career in hospitality with roles at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, showcasing a commitment to guest relations and sales. Pranav holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration from Glion Institute of Higher Education and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from SASTRA University.
