Andy Brinkman

Andy Brinkman, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in facility management and maintenance. Andy started their career at The Connor Group as a Maintenance employee before moving on to Verizon as a Facility Manager. After that, they joined Wilson Memorial Hospital as the Manager of Maintenance and later became the Director of Plant Operations. Andy then moved to Hobart Filler Metals as the Manager of Maintenance and Mixing Operations, where they oversaw maintenance and engineering operations across multiple facilities and successfully managed capital projects. Following that, Andy joined Kettering Health Network as the Director of Facilities and Materials Management for Soin Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital. Andy then worked at Premier Health Partners as the Director of Facilities and Security before joining LHP Capital, LLC, where they currently hold the position of Vice President of Facilities Maintenance. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President at LHP Capital, LLC.
