Erki Kilu serves as the CEO of LHV Bank since February 2021, leading a financial institution that focuses on Banking Services, SME Lending, and Retail Banking with a goal of becoming a full-service bank. In addition to this role, Erki is a member of the Supervisory Board for LHV Paytech, LHV Insurance, and LHV Asset Management, and serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for LHV Finance. Previously, Erki held significant positions in the Estonian Banking Association as a Management Board member and Chairman, as well as representing the Estonian sector in the European Banking Federation. Erki’s experience also includes leadership roles at Mokilizingas and Seesam Life Insurance, and involvement in Seesam Asset Management. Academic credentials include an MSc in Engineering from the University of Tartu, an MBA from the same institution, and a BBA from the Estonian Business School.
