Melis Karaca

Melis Karaca is the Interim Head of Transaction Risk at LHV Bank, where they currently oversee transaction risk management. Previously, Melis held positions such as Head of Financial Crime and Payments Transformation and IT Project Manager at various institutions, including Tandem Bank and Burgan Bank Türkiye, respectively. Melis's expertise includes managing project teams, implementing fraud detection tools, and conducting audits and fraud investigations. They earned a Master in Business Administration from the University of Oxford - Said Business School and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sabanci University.
