Tim Waller

Tim Waller is the General Counsel at LHV Bank since September 2023. Prior to this, Tim was the Risk and Audit Committee Member - Governor at Cambridge Regional College since December 2021. Before joining LHV Bank, Tim was the General Counsel at Token Inc. from December 2020 to September 2023. Tim has extensive experience in financial services, particularly in payment services, fintech, and regulatory matters. Tim has held various legal positions at companies such as TLT LLP, Lloyds Banking Group, 118118Money, Paysafe Group plc, Barclaycard, Optimal Payments PLC, and PayPoint plc. Tim holds a BA in History Archaeology from Durham University, an LPC in Legal Practice from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, and a PGDL in Law from the University of East Anglia.
