Bozena Gruzd

Bozena Gruzd has extensive experience in Human Resources, with their most recent role as Director, HR Business Partner - EMEA at Li-Cycle since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at SUEK AG from July 2016 to January 2022. Bozena also held positions as Head of HR and Training Manager at GENERAL FINANCING BANKAS from June 2012 to December 2015 and May 2010 to May 2012, respectively. Bozena began their career as an HR Project Consultant at Ekonominės konsultacijos ir tyrimai in May 2002, where they worked until May 2010.

Bozena Gruzd obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in 2001. Bozena then earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university in 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2001 to 2003. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a Human Resource Management Professional from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
