Martin Marpaung

Martin Marpaung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Manufacturing, Project & Compliance at LF Asia since 2009, Martin oversees five specialized plants focusing on Personal Care & Cosmetic, Home Care, Specialty Chemicals, PVC Pipe Glue, and Shoe Polish. Prior to this, Martin was a Production Manager at PZ Cussons from 2003 to 2009, where leadership encompassed a comprehensive Personal Care & Cosmetic Plant with 23 production lines, ensuring compliance with global standards and efficiency in production processes. Martin holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Indonesia.
