Gail Lapan

Gail LaPan has extensive experience in the automotive industry with a focus on warranty administration. Currently serving as a Warranty Administrator at Lia Auto Group since July 2008, Gail is responsible for reviewing and ensuring that legal documents are compliant and financially sound for audits. Previous roles include all-round money maker in various positions such as waitress, bartender, and part-time warranty administrator, as well as office manager at Beans Auto Glass, and assistant service manager/warranty administrator at Springfield Lincoln Mercury. Gail's career in warranty administration began at Balise Motor Sales, where employment lasted from September 1984 to February 2000. Education was completed at Technical High School from 1974 to 1977.
