Theresa Cook

Theresa Cook currently serves as the Referral and Placements Manager at Liaise since February 2025. Previously, Theresa held the position of Business Development Manager at Milewood Healthcare Ltd from March 2024 until February 2025, during which time the role was subject to redundancy. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Transitions and Referrals & Placements Manager at Achieve together from July 2020 to March 2024, and as Referrals Manager at Active Care Group from June 2019 to July 2020. Between 2014 and June 2019, Theresa worked at The Regard Group as the Assessment & Placements Manager for the Kent region. Earlier roles include Head of Referrals and Referrals Manager at Aitch Care Homes, where Theresa contributed from 2012 to 2014 and 2005 to 2012 respectively, as well as serving as the Registered Home Manager for Trinity Court in Staplehurst, Kent from May 2004 to June 2005.
