Arwen Miller has extensive experience in customer support and solutions management, currently serving as the Customer Solutions Manager for Boston University at Liaison International since June 2014. In this role, Arwen escalates and resolves support issues, provides updates to Boston University's graduate schools, and offers phone support for admissions-facing software while delivering reported metrics on support issues. Prior to this, Arwen held the position of Application Specialist, guiding clients through the application process for medical programs. Earlier career experience includes a Customer Care Analyst role at Granite Telecommunications, where responsibilities included data entry and account management, and a Customer Service Representative and Billing Specialist position at Pennichuck Corp, focusing on billing accuracy and customer service. Arwen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Truman State University.
