Brittney Jackson

Brittney Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Brittney is currently working at Liaison International, where they started in 2020 as the Director of Account Management. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, Client Success.

Prior to joining Liaison International, Brittney worked at Bentley University from 2013 to 2020. During their time there, they held multiple positions, including Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission, Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission, and Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission. In these roles, they were responsible for managing recruitment and yield events, overseeing staff members, implementing strategic recruitment efforts, and coordinating specialty events.

Before joining Bentley University, Brittney worked at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013. Brittney started as an Admissions Counselor, where they identified, recruited, and enrolled students. Brittney also served as a Social Media Coordinator and a member of the web content committee. Later, they worked as a Student Services Representative, where they addressed student and family needs, communicated relevant information, and acted as an advocate for students.

Throughout their work experience, Brittney has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.

Brittney Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, completing their studies between 2005 and 2009. Building upon their undergraduate education, they pursued a Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, which they completed in the year 2013.
