Emma Baker

Emma Baker serves as the Associate Vice President for UK and Europe at Liaison International since February 2022, focusing on the expansion of services for new and existing customers while consulting with Higher Education professionals on recruitment, admissions, and analytics. Prior to this role, Emma was a Client Success Manager at TargetX, where the emphasis was on improving the student experience through comprehensive lifecycle solutions. Emma's experience includes customer engagement leadership at Capita Children's Services, strategic partnership development at Hobsons, and implementations across various higher education solutions, starting as an Implementation Specialist. Emma holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Northampton.
