Samruddha Parab

Samruddha Parab has over a decade of experience in technical support and project management roles. Currently serving as Onboarding Manager at Liaison International since October 2013, Samruddha manages a team of developers and QA members to ensure timely project delivery while collaborating with client delivery teams. Previously held the position of Application Support Specialist II at Liaison International, where responsibilities included client communication and troubleshooting web applications. Before this, Samruddha worked as a Technical Support Engineer 2 at EMC, providing technical support in complex information infrastructure environments. Samruddha’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Telecommunication System Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
