Veikko Kaisto

Veikko Kaisto has a comprehensive work experience history. Veikko began their career as a Freelance Translator and Proofreader, specializing in Finnish-English translation and proofreading projects. Concurrently with their studies at the University of Oulu, they handled various academic and technical texts.

In 2014, Veikko joined A.M.S. Accuracy Management Services as an English Language Consultant, where they worked until 2016.

In 2017, they started working at Liana Technologies as an Information Specialist Trainee, responsible for updating and maintaining the company's media contact database. Veikko'srole evolved to become an Information Specialist, focusing on researching media outlets, contacting journalists, and expanding the contact database. In August 2018, they transitioned to the position of a Media Analyst, for which they produced media analyses for clients.

In 2021, Veikko became a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist at Liana Technologies, handling media analyses, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects, and Google Ads. Veikko advanced to the role of Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist in May 2022, primarily responsible for producing and presenting media visibility analyses for clients, utilizing Liana's media monitoring tools and managing press releases.

Veikko Kaisto began their education at the University of Oulu in 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Philology. Veikko successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2015. Subsequently, Veikko continued their academic journey at the University of Oulu and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Philology in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Veikko also obtained the EVIRA Hygiene Passport (Hygieniapassi) certification from the Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira in June 2012.
