Emeline Ducatel

Emeline Ducatel currently serves as a recruitment consultant at LIANE RH, specializing in sustainable recruitment within the hydraulic, waste management, and ecology/biodiversity sectors since October 2022. Emeline is also an associate member of Time for the Planet, an organization aimed at generating €1 billion for climate change innovations. Previous experience includes talent hunter roles at Theodore Search and as a research officer at Samsic France, with a focus on market study, candidate sourcing, and project management in recruitment. Emeline holds a Master’s in Labor Economics and Human Resources from Université Rennes 2 and a professional license in HR management from IUT Le Mans. Earlier engagements include various roles in customer service and human resources support.
