Shailesh Jaiswal is a seasoned entrepreneur and researcher with extensive experience in the fields of AI and academic research. As the Co-founder and CEO of LiaPlus AI since January 2022, Shailesh is focused on revolutionizing phone support through AI technologies. Previously, Shailesh founded Sirway Me®, an online research services company, and successfully exited to concentrate on LiaPlus AI. Shailesh was the only selected startup from India in the GAIA AI Accelerator program and has a rich background in research roles, including positions at the Public Health Empowerment and Research Organisation, HPTRC, and RAGE Initiative, where Shailesh received a national award. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour from Delhi University, Shailesh has contributed significantly to various research projects, leveraging expertise in recruitment and psychometrics.
