Makonnan Dacosta

Makonnan DaCosta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at WTW since February 2022, Makonnan also holds a long-standing role as a Product Owner at Liazon, where tenure began in October 2013 and has included positions as Lead System Analyst, System Analyst, and Associate System Analyst. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Ductor Birds Caribbean Corner from 2003 to September 2013, focusing on inventory management, sales tracking, enforcement of company protocols, and training new employees. Makonnan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Buffalo State College (2010-2013) and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Erie Community College (2005-2009).
