Frans van Leeuwen

Frans van Leeuwen has extensive experience in facilities management, holding the position of Facilities Manager at Libanon Lyceum since May 2020. Prior to this role, Frans served as Head of Facilities and Finance at Stichting Stedelijk Voortgezet Onderwijs Zoetermeer, where responsibilities included supporting management in developing facility policies and preparing an annual budget of €8.5 million. Frans also contributed to Cardia as Manager of Facility Services, overseeing a budget of €4.5 million and managing various departments, including technical services and housekeeping. Earlier career positions include Facilities Manager at Woon- en Zorgcentrum Tabitha, where oversight included procurement and safety management, and roles at PKF Jongekrijg BV and Electravon BV in technical and electrical maintenance. Frans van Leeuwen completed education at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences between 1998 and 2002.
