Sarah Hoy has extensive experience in quality and environmental engineering, starting from a role as a Student Technician at Ford Motor Company in 2000. Since March 2014, Sarah has held various positions at Libbey, including Supplier Quality Manager, Global Quality Supply Engineer, and Quality Engineer, gaining comprehensive expertise in quality management. Prior to Libbey, Sarah worked at Cytec from July 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included leading safety, health, and environmental engineering projects and conducting incident investigations. At Solae, LLC, from 2004 to 2011, Sarah served as Environmental Compliance Manager, overseeing compliance for numerous employees and conducting audits for sister sites. Sarah began professional engineering experience at Bunge, from 2001 to 2004, managing multiple projects related to design and equipment procurement. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
