Melissa Zielinski

Melissa Zielinski currently serves as the Senior Plant Human Resources Manager at Libbey, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held several positions at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, including Sr. Director of Human Resources from August 2022 to April 2023, and Senior Director of Human Resources for the Engineered Systems Segment from February 2020 to November 2022. Melissa's career at Teledyne Brown Engineering spanned over a decade, during which time responsibilities included overseeing human resources functions such as performance management, recruiting, compensation, and employee relations. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University.
