Phil Caruso

Phil Caruso, PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with over 20 years of experience in diverse industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at Libbey Inc. since April 2020, Phil has previously held significant roles such as Lead Project Manager at Toledo Refining Company LLC and Band Director at St. John's Jesuit High School & Academy. Notable achievements include managing cross-functional teams, developing project initiation processes, overseeing control and safety system upgrades, and enhancing operational reliability.
