Cássio Y.

Cássio Y. has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a Pharmaceutical Technology Analyst at Novartis in 1999. Cássio then moved on to Biosintética Farmacêutica as a Formulation Specialist before taking on the role of Pharmaceutical Technology Coordinator at Eurofarma. Cássio continued to advance their career by becoming a Pharmaceutical Formulation Coordinator at Aché Laboratórios Farmacêuticos. Their tenure at Libbs Farmacêutica saw him hold various roles, including Pharmaceutical Development Coordinator, Pharmaceutical Development Manager, R&D Director, R&D and Operations Director, and finally Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Cássio has demonstrated leadership and expertise in different areas of pharmaceutical operations.

Cássio Y. attended the Universidade de São Paulo from 1995 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Cássio later pursued further education, completing a Graduate School program in Productivity and Quality Management at USP in 2003-2004. In 2007-2008, Cássio Y. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FIAP and a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Fundação Vanzolini.
